Soulard's: Pimento Cheese Soulard's house made pimento cheese was an old family recipe. The creamy cheese was served with crackers as an appetizer.

Preparation Combine egg, sugar, vinegar and salt. Put in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. When mixture comes to a boil, add margarine, then add cheese and stir until melted.
