Pink Panther Mother-In-Law House Salads

Yield: 8 to 10 servings


Ingredients

  • 1 pt heavy (or whipping) cream

  • 1 cup cherry pie filling

  • 1 (18- to 20-oz) can crushed pineapple, well drained

  • 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)

  • 1/2 cup pecan pieces


Preparation

Whip cream until stiff. Fold in pie filling, drained pineapple, sweetened condensed milk and pecan pieces. Chill thoroughly.
