Dohack's: Hillbilly Bran Muffins In 1923, the original Dohack's restaurant was built as a small frame structure at the intersection of Lemay Ferry Road and Lindbergh. In 1999, Dick Dohack shared the restaurant's recipe for hillbilly bran muffins. "We have used this recipe in our restaurant for many years and have pleased many guests with it," said Dohack. "You will find it to be a very easy and practical recipe. The finished muffins freeze very well and make a terrific microwavable treat with your morning coffee."
