Cheshire Inn: Steak Butter

The Cheshire Inn's steak butter was a unique blend, flavored with grated onion and horseradish. It was served at the restaurant and could also be purchased for home use in a porcelain crock.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish

  • 1/2 cup grated onion

  • 2 cups (4 sticks) margarine or butter, softened

  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley

  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 Tbsp Tabasco sauce


Preparation

Stir ingredients together until smooth. Serve with steak.
