Preparation Saute spinach in olive oil. Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic and touch of salt and pepper. Saute artichoke bottoms and shrimp in olive oil with 1/2 teaspoon garlic. Add touch of salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste. Combine and saute with white wine, touch of stock and touch of heavy whipping cream. Thicken sauce with butter and flour.
