Chopped Clams Tomato Clam Sauce

Tomato Clam Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped clams

  • 2 large onions, chopped

  • 4 Tbsp olive oil

  • 4 large tomatoes, peeled and diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed

  • 1 Tbsp flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Generous milling of pepper

  • Sprig parsley, minced


Preparation

Fry onions slowly in oil until golden. Mix in tomatoes, garlic, flour, salt, and pepper; simmer until tomatoes are cooked. Add clams and parsley and simmer for 2-3 more minutes. Serve with noodles or as the filling for an omelet.
