Preparation Preheat oven to 325 degrees or preheat a grill to medium low. To make sauce, whisk together sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, chili paste, garlic and ginger. Season spare ribs with salt and pepper, and place on a cookie sheet in oven or directly on grill. Cook ribs for 45 to 50 minutes, turning them frequently until golden brown. Baste ribs with sauce and cook for 10-15 minutes more. Slice the racks into individual ribs and brush with remaining sauce. Delicious hot, room temperature, or cold the next day. Copyright ©
