Taste: Industry Sour

Mixologist Ted Kilgore created his Industry Sour cocktail at Taste on a Sunday night for an industry person. It's comforting at first, and then all of a sudden it hits the palate with a bomb of flavor. It's sweet, it's spicy, it's intense, it's minty.

Fernet Branca & Green Chartreuse Industry Sour

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Fernet Branca

  • 1 oz Green Chartreuse

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • 1 oz simple syrup

Preparation

Shake all with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
