The Parkmoor: Hot Fudge Cake Sundae

The Parkmoor was famous for its desserts. One of its most popular was the Hot Fudge Cake Sundae. The recipe in the Parkmoor Recipe Manual doesn't specify which cake and which hot fudge to use, but at least at one point, Parkmoor used J. Hungerford Smith hot fudge and angel food cake.
